Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data EJassi collects and why, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Details you give us: name, phone, email and delivery address.
• Order and payment status (card and UPI details are handled by our payment partner, not stored by us).
• Technical data: a first-party visitor cookie, your IP address, device and pages viewed – used to run the site, prevent fraud and understand how the store is used.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as required by tax law. Visitor IP data is kept for up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to the grievance officer listed on our Grievance Redressal page.
